Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Contracts Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and alliance partners globally.

  • You will work closely with the procurement, business, and delivery functions to coordinate transactions and ensure their successful closure.
  • Additionally, you will prepare monthly reports on transactions received in a particular month and participate in discussions with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and advisors during the contracting process.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • Major experience in contract negotiation, including IT outsourcing contracts and other types of IT contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify contractual, commercial, and operational risks and exposures in contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external clients.
