Legal and Compliance Specialist

This role involves reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. You will also support various legal matters, working closely with senior legal counsel and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review & Drafting: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including supplier agreements, vendor contracts, client agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Compliance Support: Monitor and ensure the company's adherence to regulatory and legal requirements across various jurisdictions.
  • Legal Research & Advisory: Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Provide advice and recommendations on legal risks and compliance matters to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent degree.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house experience.
  • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of contract laws and commercial agreements.
