About our organization:

We are a leading financial services company looking to onboard a skilled Corporate Legal professional with hands-on experience in securitisation, debt documentation, and co-lending structures.

This is a high-impact role, pivotal to enabling and supporting our core lending operations.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for:
  • Co-lending transactions
  • Securitisation transactions
  • Debt instruments such as Facility Agreements and related security documents

The selected candidate will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating financial and lending agreements in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordingly
  • Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in Co-lending structures, PTC / DA documentation, Debt and borrowing transactions
  • Prior work experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred

This is a critical and strategic role with direct impact on high-value financial transactions. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, contributing to the growth and regulatory strength of our lending ecosystem.
