Deliver business growth through strategic project planning and management. As a seasoned leader, you will drive commercial excellence by developing detailed project plans, identifying potential conflicts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans that align with regional and global goals.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration across functions and achieve shared objectives.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide guidance on training requirements, standardize reports across brands, and execute agreed targets for yourself and your team through regular business reviews.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Quality and Accuracy: Ensure the quality and accuracy of geography designs and sales force placements.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve good customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage multiple stakeholders and projects, navigating complex issues and priorities.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: 8+ years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)/Field Force Operations (FFO)/Data & Products space, preferably in healthcare.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in commercial roles, with expertise in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and resource optimization.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Javelin, Zaidyn Suites, MS Office, Dataiku, and Python, with a focus on geography design and implementation process.
