Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Culture and Workforce Engagement

  • Drive the agenda to create a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Create a culture of rewards, recognition and performance to drive across levels.

Organization Structure and Recruitment Strategy

  • Design and implement right organization structure in line with site objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of best practices.

Training and Induction Agenda

  • Establish and run the training and induction agenda for all employees.

Admin Infrastructure and Time Office

  • Establish and manage the time office, payroll, attendance, canteen and other admin infrastructure at plant.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in HR managerial roles.
  • Candidate must have experience working in Greenfield projects.
