Job Description

Join our team as a dynamic HR Manager where you will lead comprehensive HR functions and play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, high-performing workplace. Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement to deliver a seamless and positive employee experience.
- Design and implement clear, scalable HR policies and processes that support business goals and employee wellbeing.
- Drive performance management and learning initiatives by establishing performance frameworks, coaching managers, and delivering training to build capability across the organization.
- Manage employee relations with empathy and fairness; proactively resolve grievances and promote an inclusive, respectful workplace.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate, auditable employee records and HR reporting.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with organizational priorities, support change initiatives, and contribute to workforce planning.

Requirements

- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 36 years of hands-on HR experience across multiple verticals, with proven ownership of HR operations and people programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and MS Office; familiarity with employment legislation and compliance best practices.
