Commercial Vertical Growth Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and strategic leader to spearhead the growth of our commercial vertical by identifying, onboarding, and managing key partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape, as well as excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners including landowners, developers, architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, and other stakeholders relevant to commercial construction.
  • Negotiate partnership terms to ensure mutual value creation.
  • Lead generation and business development through scouting for individuals and institutions owning land and looking to build commercial establishments.
  • Project coordination and support by bridging between partners and internal project teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
  • Market and competitor analysis to keep a close watch on competitor strategies, partner ecosystems, and market trends in commercial real estate and construction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in construction, real estate, or infrastructure domain.
  • Key Skills: Strong understanding of commercial construction ecosystem and stakeholder landscape, excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
