About the Job

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on a senior leadership role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive global compensation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a global compensation framework that aligns with our organizational goals.
  • Develop and manage differentiated rewards programs to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
  • Create a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistency and fairness in compensation practices.
  • Conduct regular global compensation benchmarking to stay competitive in the market.
  • Lead the development of compensation surveys and cost models to inform compensation decisions.
  • Administer and manage global benefits programs to support employee well-being.
  • Provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework.
  • In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including experience in data modeling and advanced Excel functions.
  • Expertise in creating and presenting high-level PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
