Global Compensation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Compensation Expert. This role will involve designing and implementing compensation and benefits solutions for clients, with a focus on creating high-quality pay structures and benefits packages.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in compensation and benefits design, annual pay review and bonus processes, market compliance and trends, and job evaluation and leveling. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Design
    • Develop tailored compensation and benefits solutions for clients, incorporating pay ranges, pay structuring, pay mix, and benefits design.
  • Annual Pay Review and Bonus Processes
    • Deliver effective annual pay review and bonus processes at clients, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Market Compliance and Trends
    • Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and industry regulations.
  • Job Evaluation and Leveling
    • Conduct thorough job evaluations and levelings to ensure fair and equitable compensation structures.
  • Presentation and Communication
    • Present complex compensation and benefits solutions to clients and internal teams, using clear and concise language and visual aids.
  • Due Diligence and Program Implementation
    • Conduct due diligence on client programs to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Liaison with Benefits Partners and Vendors
    • Liaise with benefits partners and vendors to execute benefits programs at clients, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery.
  • CoE Consulting Advice
    • Provide expert consulting advice to clients on rewards-related projects, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices.
