Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in payroll processing and a deep understanding of statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and attendance data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement by preparing and validating salary sheets.
  • Coordinate with Finance for timely salary transfer and variable calculation inputs.
  • Handle payroll-related employee queries and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel proficiency with strong skills in formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and logical structuring.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve payroll data management issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing payroll processes.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Working knowledge of payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, ADP, SAP, Keka).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
