Compensation Professional

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation professional to lead the implementation of our Expanded Share Ownership strategy. This role will act as a subject matter expert, executing, communicating, and delivering on the pre-determined strategy.

The successful candidate will work with senior stakeholders across the organization, collaborating effectively to achieve strategic objectives.

  • Execute on the deferred compensation strategy in line with senior executive objectives and direction
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to obtain feedback and make adjustments to the strategy as required
  • Lead program socialization activities, including with senior business leaders
  • Collaborate with other project managers and portfolio leads to identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities
  • Support effective change management and communication planning for stakeholder engagement and project implementation
  • Deliver effective stakeholder management planning and coordination of project status updates for leadership
Requirements:
  • Experience developing/implementing deferred compensation strategies in complex, global organizations
  • Deep knowledge of public company equity compensation
  • Exceptional client relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate ideas and present information to senior leaders
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proactive and able to solve problems, anticipate challenges, and execute tasks
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance of programs
  • Able to work flexibly to accommodate market transactions during U.S. hours
Desirable:
  • Experience navigating regulatory requirements, including union/works council considerations
  • Experience working in a remote/hybrid manner in a global organization
  • Degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or related field preferred

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management and communication planning
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and coordination of project status updates
