Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Admission Counsellor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively engage with assigned leads, assess their interest, needs, and eligibility for our programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate potential candidates by assessing their qualifications and suitability for upGrad's programs
  • Schedule Video Counselling sessions with qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Edtech-sales
  • Graduate degree required
  • Previous experience working on a non-traditional work schedule is preferred
