Business Development Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at OnActive. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with partners, identifying business opportunities, and driving growth in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Build and manage a portfolio of partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones
- Negotiate partnership terms based on rebate structures
- Support clients through email, phone, or chat
- Generate ideas to increase lead generation and conversion
- Identify business opportunities, potential clients, and VIP customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client relationship, or relevant roles within financial services
- Sales-driven personality to achieve KPIs
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Hunter and entrepreneur mindset to grow business sales
