Job Overview: The Business Development Manager will drive the enrollment and growth of the Weekend Master's programs in Management, Executive Education, Management Consultancy and Doctoral Level Program (Fellow Program in Management). This role involves lead generation, relationship building, marketing, and sales to attract high-caliber candidates to these programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with prospective scholars/students in educational institutions, and corporate partners to expand the programs' reach and enhance the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Find and generate leads for Doctoral Programs and Online & Executive Programs through various channels, including online marketing, corporate partnerships, alumni networks, educational fairs, and more. Program Promotion & Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of the programs, including online campaigns, webinars, informational sessions, and partnerships with organizations. Counseling & Guidance:

Provide prospective students with detailed information about the Doctoral Program, Online and Executive Programs, guiding them through the admissions process and addressing queries about program structure, benefits, eligibility, and career outcomes. Application Management:

Develop and oversee the application processes for the programs being promoted, ensuring candidates have seamless application experience. Corporate Engagement:

Engage with companies and corporate clients to offer executive development programs tailored to their business needs. Establish partnerships for employee enrollment and corporate sponsorship. Event Management:

Organize and take part in recruitment events, webinars, information sessions, and open houses, both online and offline, to engage with prospective candidates and build brand recognition. Data Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor lead generation and conversion metrics, supporting a database of prospective candidates and tracking the progress of each lead through the admissions pipeline. Regularly report on sales performance and market trends. Collaborative Work:

Collaborate with the heads of departments and centers, faculty, the admissions team, and placement team to enhance the program's visibility, align messaging, and ensure a seamless admission process. Market Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor programs, and market demands to find new business opportunities and refine the business development strategy.

Skills and Qualifications: Education:

Master's degree in business administration, with specialization in Marketing and Brand Management, or a related field. Experience : 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in an educational setting or with executive programs. Sales & Marketing Skills:

Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, product management, lead generation techniques, sales strategies, and digital marketing practices. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage. Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge Doctoral & Executive Programs:

Familiarity with Doctoral Programs, PGDM/MBA, Executive Education offerings in a business school or higher education environment is highly desirable. Problem-Solving:

Ability to quickly understand issues in the admission process and work toward efficient solutions.
