Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Astra Source. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in sales management and achieving targets
  • Strong market analysis and research abilities
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
  • Passionate about business development and staying updated with industry trends
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
  • International business development experience is added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and onboard clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential industries and sectors for business growth
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
