Cloud HCM Consultant Job Description

About the Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud HCM consultant to join our project. You will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing Compensation and Performance modules through your expertise in both configuration and development. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Fast Formulas for validation, calculations, and retro-processing.
  • Utilize HDL (HCM Data Loader) and Spreadsheet Loader templates for efficient data uploads and management.
  • Create RTF templates and develop OTBI / BI Publisher reports of medium complexity.
  • Provide design and configuration support for Workforce Compensation module, including compensation plans, budgets, and statements.
  • Design grade-step progression ladders and manage base compensation structures.
  • Support functional configuration and processes for Goal and Performance Management module.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience as Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Proven expertise in writing Fast Formulas.
  • Strong experience with data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Experience in developing OTBI analyses, BI Publisher reports, and RTF templates.
  • Implementation experience in Workforce Compensation and Performance Management modules.
  • Solid understanding of base compensation structures and grade-step progressions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
