Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Specialist

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Specialist to lead our Managed Services team in India.

This role plays a pivotal part in establishing and growing our offshore capability, working closely with our UK-based counterparts to deliver high-quality managed services to our clients.

As a key member of the team, you will oversee payroll-focused support consultants, manage performance and development, and take an active role in delivering support across Oracle Cloud Payroll and HCM solutions.

  • Lead and manage a team of Payroll and HCM support consultants based in India.
  • Work hands-on as a senior Oracle Cloud Payroll consultant, resolving complex client issues.
  • Partner closely with the UK Payroll Support Lead to build a cohesive, cross-regional support function.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud Payroll, providing deep expertise in configuration, processing, troubleshooting, and legislative compliance.
  • Supervise and contribute to quarterly Oracle Cloud release cycles.
  • Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members.
  • Troubleshoot and replicate functional issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Drive improvements in support processes and internal tooling.

  • Familiarity with Oracle quarterly update cycles.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of working within cross-functional teams.
