About the Role

We are seeking a Fundraising Professional to drive our corporate and philanthropic fundraising initiatives. This role is focused on building sustainable partnerships with CSR leaders.

This dynamic position involves prospecting, proposal development, donor engagement and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to translate our vision into compelling funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Development: Research and build a pipeline of potential corporate and CSR leads through cold calling, email campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Proposal Creation: Support in creating customized CSR proposals, decks and donor communications aligned to Schedule VII CSR areas.
  • Donor Engagement: Arrange and attend meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers to establish strong relationships.
  • Relationship Management: Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress/impact reports to funders.
  • Events & Immersive Experiences: Coordinate corporate visits to our Experience Centres and donor engagement events to foster partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Social Work or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development or corporate relations (NGO/CSR sector preferred).

  • Persistence and resilience in prospecting and cold outreach.
