Job Overview:
This role offers hands-on experience in business development and partnership management within the dynamic ad tech industry. You'll work closely with our team to expand our partner ecosystem, supporting growth by identifying strategic partnerships with key ad tech players, publishers, and other relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential channel partners and evaluate their fit within our strategic goals.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and reports to support negotiation and execution of agreements.
Partnership Development:
- Support the team in reaching out to potential partners, setting up meetings, and maintaining communication with existing partners.
- Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with our objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales) to ensure seamless integration and activation of new partnerships.
Campaign Support:
- Manage joint marketing campaigns with partners, coordinating activities, tracking performance, and reporting on results.
- Develop co-branded content and promotional materials with partners.
- Organize webinars, events, and other partnership-driven initiatives.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, agreements, and communications.
- Prepare regular updates and reports on partnership status and related initiatives.
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the ad tech industry and digital marketing.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks.
