We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Professional to drive client acquisition and business growth in the Non-IT Staffing sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, managing business development activities, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams for successful service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new clients in the Non-IT staffing space
- Generate and convert leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure account retention
- Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams to fulfill client requirements
- Meet monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
