Customer Success Manager
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage major accounts and drive customer success. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with internal teams.
You will help customers develop success plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives. You will measure customers' achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally.
Collaboration with Account management teams is essential to secure contract renewals. Identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization is also a key responsibility.
Leadership in POCs for upsells and participation in pilot results presentations, QBRs, and ABRs with key accounts are important aspects of this role.
Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience in customer success/project management role with a proven track record of success.
- Technical expertise in the cybersecurity field with good analytical and project management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving with the ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
