We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Champion to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries via various channels to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide timely, professional, and empathetic responses to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
  • Closely collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service policies and standards.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to ensure seamless compliance with service protocols.
  • Research and provide answers to customers to resolve their queries.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and information flow with other departments.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and documentation according to company policies.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • A graduate degree in any field with some regulatory knowledge.
  • 2-3 years of post-graduation experience; background in sales/marketing and healthcare/medical devices/service order management is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a proven ability to contribute significantly to the business.
  • A team player with a solution-oriented approach and attitude.
