We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Champion to join our team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer inquiries via various channels to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide timely, professional, and empathetic responses to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
- Closely collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to address customer concerns effectively.
- Contribute to the development of customer service policies and standards.
- Work with the quality assurance team to ensure seamless compliance with service protocols.
- Research and provide answers to customers to resolve their queries.
- Facilitate smooth communication and information flow with other departments.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documentation according to company policies.
- A graduate degree in any field with some regulatory knowledge.
- 2-3 years of post-graduation experience; background in sales/marketing and healthcare/medical devices/service order management is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a proven ability to contribute significantly to the business.
- A team player with a solution-oriented approach and attitude.
