Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve day-to-day coordination for an enterprise talent program, including screening candidates, ensuring high-quality submissions and compliance, scheduling interviews, and serving as the single point of contact with the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the operations team on requisition intake, clarifications, service level agreements, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates (must-have skills, rate, location, notice period); run brief skills checks when required.
  • Prepare, quality control, and submit resumes in the VMS; verify documentation and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers; run concise daily stand-ups.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years in staffing operations, coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Strong resume quality control, job description deconstruction, and candidate screening.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
  • Clear written and spoken English; consistent overlap availability.

  • Experience supporting IT and Engineering roles.
  • Light assessment administration.
  • Basic reporting and automation mindset.
