Job Description

The Network and Enterprise Cyber Security Lead oversees all aspects of network and cyber security delivery. They ensure customer needs are met by planning, staffing, estimating costs, developing budgets, and controlling expenses.

This includes leading day-to-day operations, overseeing a team of 350+ professionals, and continuously improving the enterprise cyber security strategy in alignment with organizational goals and requirements.

The individual will also be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering services while driving operational excellence and monitoring performance metrics. They must continually identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance service delivery.

Furthermore, they will monitor market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, collaborate with other leads and global teams, and provide guidance and support to team members.

This role requires several years of experience in IT, preferably in network or cyber security, with significant leadership or management experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Network and ECS industry, including latest trends, challenges, and opportunities.

They should possess strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, manage performance, and develop talent. Additionally, they must have excellent client relationship management skills, understand client needs, and deliver high-quality service.

A strong background in operational excellence is essential, including process improvement, quality management, and performance metrics. Financial acumen is also required, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Effective communication skills are crucial, enabling effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Cultural awareness and respect for cultural differences are vital in a global environment.

The successful candidate will be able to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
