About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to drive our vision as an Associate Program Manager - Partnerships & Growth. This role will be instrumental in unlocking new business opportunities and bridging the gap between our brand and external ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end program management strategies for strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to enable alignment and outcomes.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, edtech platforms, corporates, and global institutions.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
  • Design and implement creative growth initiatives (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).
  • Take ownership of special projects that require experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
  • Create and monitor project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
