The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing programs and maintaining quality documentation, working closely with coordinators and managers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Objectives of the Job

We strive to prevent child abuse by teaching personal safety skills to children aged 6-18 years old and conducting awareness sessions with parents, teachers, and stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Prevention projects in schools and communities, focusing on education and community outreach.
  2. Document field experiences in a timely manner, providing detailed reports to coordinators and managers.
  3. Adhere to operational protocols, including regular reporting of field activities and participating in reviews with the Coordinator and Manager, Prevention Services.

Effective communication and collaboration are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a diverse team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Specialized Job Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keenness to work with children and families, understanding their needs and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Child Development, or related fields.
  • Experience in group work with children and adolescents is highly desirable. Freshers with similar voluntary experience will also be considered.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; creative and child-friendly approach; willingness to travel extensively; multilingual with fluency in English.
