Strategic Project Lead

Drive cross-functional initiatives across IT and non-IT domains, fostering collaboration and innovation.

The Strategic Project Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects with varying size and complexity. They will establish methodologies, create templates, and define best practices for program governance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and coordination of multiple projects across IT and non-IT functions.
  • Development and implementation of project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Maintenance of the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
  • Identification, assessment, and tracking of program risks, issues, and opportunities to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement with internal teams, external vendors, and leadership.
  • Leadership and supervision of project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and excellence in delivery.
  • Progress monitoring, MIS reporting, and presentation of updates to stakeholders.
  • Travel as required to support project needs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree and proven experience in project/program management.
  • Formal training in project and program management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • Track record of successful project delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
