Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage ITOM solutions to improve visibility, automate workflows, and optimize IT operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable ITOM configurations.
  • Leverage ServiceNow's ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, etc.) to enhance IT asset visibility and manage services efficiently.
  • Design and deploy integrations between ITOM and other enterprise systems to streamline operational processes.
  • Automate IT processes and workflows using scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.
  • Perform regular health checks of ITOM implementations and continuously improve system performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Maintain strong documentation of configurations, process flows, and operational procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow ITOM features and industry trends to implement best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as an ITOM Developer, working with ServiceNow ITOM suite.
  • Proficiency in ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and CMDB management.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.
  • Solid experience in IT infrastructure technologies and concepts such as networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and virtualization.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and experience working with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on automation and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITOM certification is a plus.
