Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Operations Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Management: Organize, plan, control, and monitor workflow, coordinating resources to ensure that daily workload is consistently completed in line with agreed service standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the team, recommending and implementing changes to improve service quality and process efficiency, supporting line management in the implementation of centrally driven changes when required.
  • Talent Development: Input into the development of individual team members, ensuring cross-training is carried out and there is sufficient knowledge and resource to cover absences.
  • Communication: Work alongside the UK operational team to ensure communication and operations are aligned.
  • Problem-Solving: Recognize and analyze trends in problem occurrence and workflow, investigate further when appropriate, and implement changes or coordinate support from other parties to resolve matters and minimize the risk of re-occurrences.
  • Compliance: Monitor team compliance with internal policies, procedures, external regulations, and data security, reporting or escalating non-conformance as necessary.
Requirements
  • Competencies: Explain factual information to individuals or groups in a structured, clear, confident, and concise way, avoiding the use of jargon.
  • Reporting: Produce clear and concise reports and other written material, usually of a detailed and sometimes technical nature, which are understandable to those with or without knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Time Management: Use basic time management techniques to plan, manage, and prioritize own work effectively, making most efficient use of the time available.
  • Leadership: Impartially assess the performance of others in accordance with the process, assessing capabilities and potential.
  • Change Management: Communicate and explain change effectively, planning and implementing changes gaining commitment and understanding, minimizing disruption to our service.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including comprehensive medical assurance coverage for dependents and parents, cab transport for staff working in the UK and US shifts, accidental and life cover three times concerned CTC, business-related certification expense reimbursement, and three days of additional leaves on and above statutory requirement along with two days of voluntary leaves to pursue CSR initiatives.
