About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to handle export operations for our Nhava Sheva office. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling export documentation, coordinating with shipping lines and port authorities, tracking container movement, and communicating with overseas agents and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage export documentation (SI, BL, etc.)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and port authorities
- Track container movement and ensure timely shipment
- Communicate with overseas agents and clients
- Maintain operational records and reports
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Logistics preferred)
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in NVOCC/export operations
- Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Must be currently based in Mumbai
