Senior Export Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trade Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the export process from factory requirements to final delivery.
Responsibilities:- Export Planning: Plan and arrange containers as per factory requirements, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Document Management: Prepare all pre-export and post-export documents, including export invoicing, packing lists, bank letters, and lodgments, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Clearance and Customs: Prepare invoices for clearance from Excise and Customs authorities, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Shipping Scheduling: Liaise with shipping lines for shipment scheduling and Bill of Lading management, optimizing logistics operations.
- Documentation Completion: Prepare final documentation for bank purposes, Certificate of Origin, and GSP certificates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- MIS Reporting: Maintain MIS reports on clearing and forwarding billings, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
- Insurance Management: Manage insurance policies and certificates for export shipments, ensuring optimal coverage and risk mitigation.
- Communication: Update shipment details to consignees and related agencies, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Post-Export Paperwork: Follow up on all required documents for preparation of post-export paperwork, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate effectively with the factory and marketing departments, ensuring seamless integration of logistics operations.
- Agent and Transporter Management: Coordinate with clearing and forwarding agents, as well as transporters for container movement, optimizing logistics operations.
