Temperature Control & Cold Chain Monitoring:

  • Monitor temperature data at all stages.
  • Analyze logger reports and identify deviations in cold chain management.
  • Recommend corrective actions to maintain export quality.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Perform detailed analysis of supply chain data to optimize processes.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting performance and recommendations.

Customer Complaint Management & RCA:

  • Investigate customer complaints related to container quality or temperature deviations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify corrective/preventive actions.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Audit farm and cold storage practices for compliance with export standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for supplier communication.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of cold chain management and fruit export processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
