Job Title:

A seasoned real estate asset manager is required to oversee the administration of commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, organizing and storing documents, preparing reports on asset performance, providing administrative support to the Asset Management team, and serving as a point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  1. Maintain up-to-date records of asset-related data.
  2. Ensure timely retrieval of asset-related documents.
  3. Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports on asset performance.
  4. Provide exceptional administrative support to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.
  2. Maintain accurate and detailed records and documents.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.
  5. High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Bachelor's Degree: Typically required in a field such as real estate, finance, business, or related field. Real estate professionals with experience in financial analysis and reporting are highly desirable.
