Job Profile:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our team, specializing in US Commercial Real Estate audits. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with engagement teams and contribute to high-impact audits.

Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting and reporting standards generally accepted in the United States. They will be responsible for performing and assisting with audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in various industries under US GAAP and US GAAS.

The successful candidate will also assist with planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up, develop reasonable time budgets, and coordinate audit requests to meet time constraints and client deadlines. Additionally, they will mentor, train, and supervise lighter-level staff, and contribute to strong client relationships through positive interactions with client personnel.

Requirements:

The position requires a CPA (or in process) or CA with 3-5 years of experience within a public accounting firm or US auditing CPA firm. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking abilities. Industry exposure in Commercial Real Estate is essential, along with demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can approach projects with a sense of urgency, exhibit outstanding analytical, organizational, and project management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge of Caseware, Caseview, or IDEA is a plus.
