Job Summary:

Process Optimization Expert

We are seeking an experienced process optimization expert to lead our Order to Cash (OTC) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of End-to-End Knowledge in OTC and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

  • About You:
  • You hold a graduate or postgraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
  • You possess proven team leading experience, with a track record of driving process improvements through Lean and Six Sigma projects.
  • You have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • You are results-oriented and possess domain expertise in OTC processes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process local and foreign currency invoices through accounts receivable systems.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze and identify improvement opportunities for AR processes using data-driven insights.
  • Resolve queries and issues related to invoices in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Generate system-based reports to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Create knowledge databases for learning and quality checking purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • English language proficiency is essential.
  • A good understanding of SAP and Concur systems is desirable.
