About The Role

The Deputy Director, Platform Speed Planning is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of logistics, technology, and customer experience. You will lead a strategic team responsible for shaping our network-wide inventory and fulfillment strategy, directly impacting our ability to deliver products to our customers faster than ever before.

  • Elevate speed & efficiency by owning core processes for inventory placement and allocation, influencing delivery speed and optimizing holding costs across all Myntra nodes.
  • Innovate & automate by designing and deploying cutting-edge inventory models and controls that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Optimize resources by ensuring the efficient use of space and capacity to maximize inventory turns and revenue.
  • Solve complex challenges by leveraging your understanding of the business to identify operational gaps and drive the development of innovative, sustainable solutions.
  • Drive strategic change by leading key initiatives from blueprint to business impact, championing projects that fundamentally improve our supply chain.
  • Collaborate for success by building strong relationships and influencing senior leaders across operations, category management, and planning to achieve shared business objectives.
