Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Senior Performance Marketer with 4-6 years of experience to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

This role will develop, execute, and manage paid marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize return on investment (ROI), and scale our customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and ongoing user retention.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Build and manage our marketing budget, tracking spend against performance goals and optimizing for cost-efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Drive growth initiatives through retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.
