Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Engagement Specialist to lead the growth of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for users, managing day-to-day interactions.
  • Increase active user engagement on the app by leveraging content creators and moderators.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the skills and monetization of matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
  • Collaborate with the product team to launch and optimize features that drive user engagement and retention.
  • Create and nurture micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem to promote matchmaking and virtual gifting.
  • Stay up-to-date with new social media trends and best practices to enhance engagement.
  • Foster a positive and interactive environment for various speaking communities.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
  • Deep understanding of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Able to work with language-specific content/creators and understand regional and global content trends.
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, as well as data analysis skills.
  • Able to take full ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
