As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiencies and boosting customer satisfaction in the luxury residential real estate sector.

Your primary objective will be to continuously refine and optimize business processes while ensuring high project management standards across all functions.

You will pinpoint areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement industry best practices for sustained operations.

The ideal candidate will enforce project management methodologies and policies to guarantee timely project delivery, budget compliance, and exceptional quality outcomes across all initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define target processes, map the value stream, eliminate waste and improve quality, optimize flow and efficiency, implement continuous improvement and innovation, align culture and strategy, increase efficiency and productivity, reduce costs, improve quality and customer satisfaction, enhance competitive advantage, facilitate better decision-making, lead management, sales process optimization, property management, and due diligence and contract negotiation.

This involves implementing project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

In addition to project management expertise, you will also need to possess strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize business processes.
