We're looking for a seasoned professional to join our customer success team as a Senior Associate.
About the Role
As a key liaison between our organization and clients, you will be responsible for managing high-value relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing engagement strategies. This role demands strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact for escalated needs and inquiries.
- UNDERSTAND CLIENT GOALS: Proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process optimization to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences, from product support to sales and operations.
- LEAD REGULAR CHECK-INS AND PERFORMANCE REVIEWS: Schedule regular meetings with clients to review performance, address concerns, and provide actionable insights.
- DEVELOP ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES: Design and implement tailored engagement plans to increase client satisfaction and retention rates.
- TRACK CLIENT FEEDBACK: Monitor client feedback and collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements.
- MENTOR JUNIOR ASSOCIATES: Share knowledge and expertise with junior colleagues to foster a culture of growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client success or a related field.
