We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join our team, with a focus on unsecured commercial vehicle loans. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Knowledge:
  • Professional experience in the BFSI industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
  • Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
