Job Summary

IT Business Operations Analyst Role Overview

This is a hybrid position that combines IT support and data/business operations analysis responsibilities. Approximately 20–25% of your time will be dedicated to IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and other issues.

The remaining 75–80% will focus on data and operations support, encompassing tasks such as commission report generation, stock uploads, CRM data cleansing, holiday calendar updates, and other global business support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance (approximately 10–12 hours/week) — troubleshoot computer, email, software, and network issues.
  • Upload SCI inventory files to external platforms/websites.
  • Develop and maintain commission reports for Finance.
  • Clean and update CRM data (e.g., company types, account details).
  • Manage company-wide updates (e.g., upload public holidays into calendars across countries).
  • Support ongoing IT and operations projects (automation, reporting, data accuracy).
  • Utilize Excel (pivots, formulas, macros) and SQL or light scripting to enhance workflows.
  • Collaborate with global teams in Asia to ensure seamless support.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT/business analyst roles.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Educational background in IT or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data cleansing.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
  • Able to troubleshoot independently and explain reasoning clearly.
  • Exposure to SQL or scripting is beneficial (but not mandatory).
