Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage transactions in line with established quality standards
  • Respond promptly and courteously to all client inquiries via telephone or email
  • Accurately document all relevant client information, including name, department, contact details, and nature of issue
  • Update your availability in the RAVE system to optimize productivity
  • Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken, and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking Loans
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot client queries in a user-friendly, professional manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The capacity to work effectively within a team environment
