Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Director to oversee the development and implementation of our company's HR strategies, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR departments and a deep understanding of labor legislation.

The HR Director will be responsible for creating and implementing effective recruitment, learning and development, and employee performance programs. This includes designing compensation and benefits packages, implementing performance review procedures, and developing fair HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to attract and select top talent.
  • Employee Development: Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Operations: Manage the daily operations of the HR department, including monitoring budgets and ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for labor legislation issues, manage employee grievances, and ensure employees understand and comply with HR policies.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance review procedures, including quarterly and annual evaluations, to measure employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Skills
  • Familiarity with HR Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and talent management.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation, including employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance.
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities and solid communication skills.
