About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our QA department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Review:
- Conduct thorough review of requirements documents to identify potential testability and quality improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements meet QA standards.
- Ensure adherence to established QA standards and best practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall quality.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for testing processes, including test cases, scripts, and results.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to support ongoing testing efforts.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.
- Foster effective communication with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing methodologies.
- Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for writing test scripts.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative attitude to work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
