Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

A quality assurance specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that customer expectations are met and that quality plans are implemented.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Verify customer expectations in project quality plans and ensure adherence to quality management system rules.
  • Participate in project reviews (customer and supplier) and verify final statements are consistent with project status.
  • Perform audits related to Project Management activities, challenge analysis and action plans, and verify implementation.
  • Represent the organization for quality in face of internal and external suppliers.
  • Verify requirements are taken into account and respected during project activities.
  • Stop sourcing committee process if requirements are not satisfied.
  • Coach and challenge team in application of problem solving tools and their self-assessment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years experience in Automotive industry.
  • Technical knowledge of project development phases, APQP, PPAP, IMDS, REACH, conflict minerals, and substance declaration.
  • Skills in functional analysis, design FMEA, risk assessment, and process FMEA.
  • Familiarity with control plan, SPC, MSA, 8D problem solving, and QRQC approach.
  • Knowledge of quality management system standards.
