Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is for a Quality Assurance Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct quality control and assurance activities
  2. Analyze product specifications and conduct regular inspections
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company standards
  4. Improve quality management systems
  5. Communicate effectively with suppliers and clients to address and resolve quality-related issues

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Quality Control and Assurance
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating product standards and processes
  • Good Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
  • Experience in Quality Management and improving quality systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Ability to work onsite in Pune
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
