Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance and Control Specialist to oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance and control procedures across various departments. Key responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving product specifications, process control documents, and quality-related documentation. Identifying and resolving quality issues through root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) will also be an essential part of this role.

The Quality Assurance and Control Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process changes that enhance product quality, reduce defects, and increase operational efficiency. This will involve monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions and process improvements to ensure they yield the desired results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.

Key skills required for this position include a strong knowledge of quality control processes, inspection techniques, and standards. The ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve quality issues effectively is also crucial. Additionally, proficiency in using QA/QC tools and software, such as SPC and Minitab, will be advantageous.
