Job Description: As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer complaints and provide solutions in coordination with the team.

  • Investigate customer complaints and conduct further analysis to identify root causes.
  • Schedule appointments with customers to resolve their issues and ensure clear communication on complaint closure.
  • Cooperate with the head office and factory to ensure timely resolution of complaints.
  • Prepare regular reports for management, including observations and the number of resolved cases.

Requirements:

  • IPIRITI pass out or equivalent experience in Quality Control within the Plywood Industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of plywood.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
