Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products, from initial development to final delivery.
- They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced defects.
- Evaluate product attributes and quality architectures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Audit quality systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in any stream.
- 3-7 years experience in quality engineering or applications engineering role.
- Demonstrated quality mindset and ability to approach work with process rigor and discipline.
- Strong quality engineering skill set, including experience with statistical software and structured process improvement methods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a matrix environment and influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
